For me it is possible! The fluctuations that are happening is because of the powerful person in the cryptocurrency world. They can manipulate the price of the bitcoin because they have power.

Agaist the whale is possble, if they want to control the value of Bitcoin dump more. As long as most of the Bitcoin investor still keep opinion to hold Bitcoin until its value recover, the whale will not have any profit from their strategy. But remember, no whale, the market will become a place for speculator, because almost the investor want to sell at high price. Grin
