first 200 blocks were mined by my vps yesterday. they were mined for test purpose (about 1,500,000 VLX). All of them will be used for bounties

That's called a premine   Roll Eyes

as i said before it was needed for technical and testing purpose to start the network, premine is really small (1.5mil. out of 3.14 billions, only 0.047%)
