Just because you are having some issues, you should not be recommending to others not to invest...
There is no reason it should not be working as the picture you provided shows that your wallet is in sync.... Did you click the "Receive Coins" and the generate "New Address" and that was the address you sent your coins to? Your generated address should be in the "Receive Coins" tab, just go there and confirm you sent to that address.

it should be exactly that simple, and yes thats the process i followed. This is why i'm so concerned.
The basic Wallet is somehow not able to receive a transaction
thats why i'm recommending no investment. there are 900 other projects that can supply a basic wallet for send/receive and staking what appears to be losing 300 bucks worth of a token while attempting a basic TX is a joke
