It could be dev himself or it could be another dev a.k.a myself. there is no development on anything here, there is only a forum member posting. I have posted too a lot on my activity token (total joke-scam) nobody is buying them, it seemed much easier to fool people.
Dev supposedly wanted to copy RHOC, why don't you ask him, where is URHOC? RHOC has a functional wallet, blockchain. if this dev is deving a new wallet and blockchain, why did he named it URHOC?
