I prefer 1btc+ volume but I will take a look at anything. I can pay up to 2btc.
It seems very unlikely that someone is going to sell you a gambling site that is earning him money, unless that person is desperate, creating a unique gambling site is very expensive you need to pay for hosting, support and getting people to actually play there is probably going to cost a lot more than two bitcoins, so I think your only option is to try to create your own site and try your luck.
No one would really sell their gambling site which is already profiting on the thing you said it is really true even building up a gambling site wont only cost you only 2 btc. Expect you will able to make your own for around 10 btc on current btc price ( Just my personal estimate/preference) since we do still need a bankroll that can handle up players winnings theres still lots of things to consider.Lets see if theres one will offer you out.
