It was on this forum
It said I was unable to post in red and a link to the right said click to enable posting . It brought me to another forum page and said something along the lines of my IP address has previously been used for evil on the forum and that I needed to send 0.00000463btc to some address to enable posting .. I cant post pics but I took a screenshot .
I had never seen anything like it on any forum .
I know I sent a pic to akadamson a while back too . Ill try and dig it up
