The swindler can not do anything.
There is an Ether, there are addresses of purses.
If you specify a different address of the contract, then sending it to ETH, they simply disappear.
It is pointless!
As well as sending Dogicoin, to the address bitcoin.

You know there a token on erc20 , when you send etherium to their contract address, they will give you their token
