First of all, welcome to the forum. You should take some time to read through the newbie and beginner section and find the posts that cover your question.

I think the easiest thing for you to do now is to search for a local Bitcoin exchange and then to register there. You then go through all the verification procedures and you deposit some money. You then use that money to buy your first bitcoins and some other Alt coins, if they have it listed there.
