Will the keystone be used only in la tortuga mexico? Or will keystone be developed and used in other region later?
Base on what I understand on the detail they posted, I think that the keystone will eventually developed in some region depending on their limits. But, mostly the possible situation in some other time it will happened as long as this organization has a strong team to support the project.
