First of thanks for every suggestion. I slowly over the years became a smoker. I became aware of my addiction. I tried quiting several timer, but every time I would come back to it and smoke even more.
I tried two things so far:
1. Fully stoping to smoke
2. Gradually reducing
But it backfired every time. How did you stop?
Because i dont smoke, this one is i think will help other people to quit smoking. You can fully stop smoking if you want, if theres a reason to stop you from smoking, for example illness or someone wants you to stop smoking, because other person i see is they can stop it if theres a reason to stop it.
Gradually reducing is not that good because you are still smoking and it cant stop you, because you still tasting it and you will hard to quit smoking.
