What do I need to participate in ICO?
A minimum of ? 50 to contribute (in BTC, ETH, LTC, ETC, DASH or ZEC) an not being a US citizen.
Why? Im actually from Poland just curious
It's not uncommon for projects to exclude US citizens. It has to do with the SEC and US laws. It's the same sort of thing as FATCA. With FATCA, many banks around the world stopped dealing with US citizens because FATCA was too heavy of a regulatory burden for them, making it impractical to deal with US citizens.
So, the caveat there - we need to state that.
