Sorry, but you wrong. ICOs interested in people with a big audience and more profitable content, like video or something. It's different between "amount of followers" and creators.

I think this dispute is not as important in itself. The manager must specify the rules, explain how each person participating in this campaign will be rewarded. Once the criteria are set, let's do the work!
Why wouldn't real creators ask for money? If they produce high quality content and have a lot of followers they should also be rewarded if they do something about a project that reaches out to them.
