US investors can store their shares there. On Bitfunder they are gone on November 1. Bitfunder has no plans to use colored coins for transactions, but ActM does.

As it sounds is AM already developing their Exchange in an early version with colored coins while Ken only has plans to do so and is still working on a version without colored coins - so its the same as all the other existing exchanges out there.
U know what will happen with shareholder and customer confidence, if we transfer our shares to the new non colored coins exchange and 2-3 weeks later the same or similar happens like with btctc and bitfunder?
