Accounts weren't locked because you were trying with incorrect passwords.
I hink they have locked all the accounts so that you can prove that you are the real owners of the account by providing some proofs. Idk why are they doing it.As far as I'm aware accounts are only temporarily locked after too many incorrect password attempts. Have you tried logging in after waiting a bit? PM me your username

What kind of proofs you're talking about? Because RGBKey never mentioned anything about he provided any proofs to get back his account. Also, you said that all accounts are locked but my account is not locked yet.
Mine neither, another possibility is to try to log-in from other country's IP.
