UPDATE:
Yesterday night, after 50 hours my bet was cleared and i could withdraw my money.
I received a very polite email from cloudbet saying they were sorry and that the problem was solved.
I really used to like cloudbet, they have great lines and a very good variety of sports.... but the eternal pending of the ticket once you win, it´s terrible....
case closed.
I wont disagree that they do have good variety of sport and a very clean,user-friendly interface which you can easily tab in on the things you do want to play but when it comes to support they do really have an issue and they must fix or changed this way if they do like to maintain or increased potential gamblers in the site.
For now the issue had been resolved and its a good thing that they do apologize on such delay. You should locked this thread to prevent further replies which isnt already necessary.
