I've yet to see any new coin for the whole period of 3 months that wouldn't involve pre-sale, so it turns out the investors pay for the exchange for themselves, and they pay for the MNs, and other investors come there to buy some coins and right after that the DUMP happens. A guy with just zero buck in his pocket could start a coin and then they don't even pay for the whole week of the signature campaign like the BANQ dev guy damn mesa real anrrrrry!!!
