I'm trying to quit cigarettes. I just got a vape set up and made it through today with only one cig. How often is a normal amount to vape in a day if you are trying to come off of a pack a day? I have been trying to just focus on not having a real smoke for now, but I don't want to get out of control with the vape thing.
