I prefer 1btc+ volume but I will take a look at anything. I can pay up to 2btc.
It seems very unlikely that someone is going to sell you a gambling site that is earning him money, unless that person is desperate, creating a unique gambling site is very expensive you need to pay for hosting, support and getting people to actually play there is probably going to cost a lot more than two bitcoins, so I think your only option is to try to create your own site and try your luck.
Yes, that is true somehow, but we can never know about it for a long term how will this be for each site. Some of the site have big whale so they can get profit and some of them even do not have many player on it. But with 2 btc I do not think that is really good site to but because the design and the bankroll wont even cover it. So yes, 2 btc site is worthless
