Cryptosphere has its own lingo and it takes a little getting used to. Maybe this term started as a gaff, or typo, whatever the reasons it stuck with the crypto community and is posthumously recognized and accepted to mean hold on for dear life, sounds about right and fits right into the sentiment too.
