How come you made KYC optional and not obligatory?

We strongly believe Cryptocurrency is set by nature to freedom and anonymous, thats spirit of ZeCash, so we don't impose any KYC.
Some jurisdictions do require their citizen to have KYC submitted for participating for an ICO, so we are encouraging them to not miss this opportunity and comply with their jurisdiction with Star account.
