Also there will be some compensation for trade-in and chip order customers. ( you are entitled regardless, so don't think I am trying to sway your decision. )

Yay!  I was waiting to hear back on my chip order refund request.  I did recieve my chips, which was pretty well documented as I posted unboxing photos.  But they were so late that I will never ROI and missed out on mining with them for 1-2 months.  I was hoping for a partial refund for the chip orders that were held up by the *ahem* customs issues.

It's been nearly a month since that post without any updates or replies to messages/emails. Seeing as Avalon posted 10,000 chips for sale at 100 BTC it seems straight forward that all of the extremely late deliveries they should reimburse at least 682BTC each.
