absolutely yes,,but depend upon to condition because some special child are not be able to walk or talking the basic word ,, because for  their worst condition that even have assistant but if will not response as basic sign it will be hard for him as (special child condition )but if special child are walking or taking at he basic even have a bed redden you must be able to right a brighter future or even the( sign language person and blind person)have to right to learned from basic livelihood program  ,because even the special child god will also give the hidden talent and though
 of them education will be discover,,
