Impressed..... Yes you should be! A lot of work has already gone into it. It is already a working project built to support both Dopecoin and smx in the Smoke Exchange project.
Cryptobillings is a free plugin and as such there is no airdrop, bounty or ICO but it is still possible to join the Smoke Exchange ICO.
