Hello Nem! I want to talking about community management. I am an investor, and fan of the Nem. 
Long ago i've join to Nem Telegram chat. More recently the "quality" of Russian Nem chat began to fall precipitously.  I have no complaints about the old administrators.  But, I would like to find out who makes a decision regarding the appointments of administrator rights to new users. The problem is in, the rights to resolve controversial issues are given to people who absolutely do not know how to work with the community, moreover, they do not know how to behave in the hands, there is no competence in resolving disputes over violations of the rules.
In the Russian chat of telegrams there are adequate administrators, but, recently appointed administrators, it is a shame of the company. Please take action and correct this inapprehension.
