There is Marinecoin Community White-ish Paper released in the Marinecoin forum at:

Why does your website require registration in order to read the whitepaper? Current exchange rate is around 0.01 DOGE, right?

The order book is extremely thin on both sides, low volume trading right now. Don't really expect the volume to pick up too much while in ICO. Currently to protect the coin in ICO phase, your MTC exchange deposit address will not open up until you have 1,000,000 MTC in your exchange wallet.
The white paper was written by the community and still needs editing. The marinecoin forum allows a place for all members to add contributions to the paper below the thread. This version isn't pretty but the information is at least centrally located finally. When i first did this two months ago i had spent a lot of time doing research about the project, now folks can just read that paper. Earlier members compiled as much information as we could into that doc, more needs added and edited, it'll be an ever evolving document.
Suggestions are welcome.
