I had bought some octanox on livecoin...when livecoin has delisted the coin I transferred my coins on the octanox web wallet. I registered. I activated the 2fa .
Last week, I tried to access the web wallet and now it tells me that I am not registered..."Account Not Exist!".. I tried to reset the password but I am told that the email is not among those registered? I do not appear registered? what?

Their web wallet system is a scam. I have no control over the keys. is actually not a web wallet is just a web page!..

Am sorry to read about the issues you are experiencing : unfortunately I can't help you because I only translated their announcement thread in Italian during the pre ICO phase and I have never been in contact with the team except for translation bounty purpose.
From what I read , either from you and in original discussion, seems like they abandoned the project but hope I'm wrong on this and it's just a temporary situation ( unlikely in my opinion by tjhe way).
