I wouldn't hold my breathe since they stated they do not cater to American citizens anymore they are probably going to tell you something along these lines:
"Since we have in our terms of service we are no longer allowing American customers to deposit or withdrawal from our site, and you put in a deposit after the fact of our rules and regulations stated this, then we are no obligated to send any funds to you."
I can imagine them saying this as it is a substantial amount to most people and the casinos do not care for the audience who no longer use their site and services.
If that is the case then holding of their deposit and not giving it back to the American user is not right. They don't have the right to have the deposit and call it on its own as it is still the property of the user. They should have not let the user play in the first place if they are against american users. This is somewhat a bad reasoning made by a betting site. They can even block U.S. IP address in order to avoid having U.S. citizens playing in their website. And if the user somehow win I think it is right for them to withdraw it for the last time and ban it after for them not to play again.
