Ok state your collateral publicly and let everyone tell you if it is valid or not. If its valid, stable, 120% of what youre asking  and can be easily liquidated if you default, someone will be interested. Stating you will talk about collateral in private usually means its not worth wild or you really dont have valid collateral.
