It looks like the coin DVRS (See https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2683985.340) is dying slowly - the dev did not respond for weeks and the "manager" has not enough time to be present most of the time. So I want to make new blockchain and the goal is to fork DVRS and swap all DVRS coins. I have acquired the technical skills to do so.
