How to deal with bullies? bullies at work not at school.
Will I be mature and stay away or get another job what can I do? any suggestions?

The best thing to do about it is just to ignore them. We are working because we need to earn for our families and I believe that they ain't doing any good things for us so we better ignore them as long as theur not hurting us but if they're doing too much, we must fight for our rights.
