I do agree with this. Most of them are just a crap right now. I think all of the airdrops right now asks for that requirements. And IMO, its not considered as Airdrop anymore, more like a bounty.

Plus the fact that some of them are just bogus, I have encountered an airdrop that asks for a KYC. LOL
