To get past the chain issue, please follow the following steps:

a) backup your wallet (File -> backup)
b) close your wallet
c) delete your peers.dat
d) re-open your 3.1.2.2 wallet (if you don't have the latest wallet, please go download it from https://github.com/B3-Coin/B3-CoinV2/releases/tag/v3.1.2.2
e) if you are running an FN, please remember to start your fundamentalnode

Your wallet should update and sync past the 107488 block.

You will know that you are on the right chain if the blockhashes for the next few blocks are:
    107489: b2e2cc1a5d965a66efe354e0023b537d777894ba4efce798f635eeb17ebdf51e
    107490: 0cef3e52c278de5a1ed7b4caf1d9fbd8ab0fa45d1b93e7f6d8c82086c38522a4
