As a reminder, 796.com said the documentation they received did not list Sam Noi as a member of the company.

At this point, I think we have consider this to be Fabrizio Tatti's operation since his name is on the paperwork that does exist.  We have seen no documents which transfer that responsibility, so I don't think we have a choice about that.

We have also seen no documentation that any BTC has been spent on achieving the stated goals of this company.

Lacking that, it looks like Fabrizio Tatti is responsible for the entire 7000 BTC.

Does anyone have any evidence that indicates anything different?

thanks for the answers so far, but.. Funds - would you be willing to show someone here how many of the IPO coins are still in labcoin's hands?

also - once we are hashing @ a serious rate - will you give up your "day job" and focus on this project, if that is a yes - what % of the network will labcoin need to achieve to make this financially viable for you?

Financial statements will be released soon. I'm already considering quitting my day activities.
