Its not helping that kind of crime in my opinion, whether it could be another way of them laundrying money by doing such a sin like corruption. But bitcoin for sure being another option for citizen to get out of bank slavery nowadays. So less cut for corruptor that stole from the tax  or another conventional transaction.
