i had the same observation before. and then i realize that my GPU position on each other causes the middle GPU in higher temp.
airflow and other ventilation could cause this i believe.
I thought that also, but all of my cards are placed within 15cms apart. It is not like one is closer to the other
lets just say that not all GPU are the same? then again, nothing to worry as your RIG is at the best temps.
