Admin on Telegraph Chat states commissions will be paid beginning from the end of February. Is this true? If it is not true then from what date will commission be paid from?

As I've said before, I was of the impression from what I read in Whitepaper that commission started accumulating as soon as lottery was running from the beginning of January.
