As I can see, the market now is being manipulated by the big whales. They command the price and the poor "small traders" just follow because of FUD.
Whales got profits even times like these bear market, and the ending its always the small traders who are being caught in the middles and got huge losses.
Bitcoin now are not yet recovering, the market still remains bearish now and if Bitcoin breaks down, most altcoins will follow it lower.
