Those scam links aren't "tolerated"... instead, they're like cockroaches that you can spray and spray and keep spraying and they keep coming back. I, personally, have reported at least 50 of the damned things in the last two weeks.
But PLEASE... for the love of all that's holy... STOP FALLING FOR THEM. If anything sounds too good to be true, IT IS.
Look, i'am well aware of all kind of scams, at least i thought so.
However, maybe my problem here is that i'am not a twitter guy and only once or twice per week read some twitter tweet, nothing else, so absolutly unexperienced in twitter.
BUT, in an official Verge Tweet with about 80 replies and 40 of them either scams or fake accounts that say they got the ETH back seems just wrong to me.
If this was someone else profil, ok, if it was at a whole fake Verge twitter account, ok, but having 50% fake and scam messages on an official VERGE announcement is not right.
An official Twitter profil has to be clean, easy as that!!!
And here now i absolutly begin to realize why twitter is banning crypto things. They must get shitloads of complaints. I got a victim as an very experienced internet user, whats
left for the the guy that has not much of an idea.
Meanwhile that scam account on that Verge twitter account has made aboout 10 Eth so far and Eths are continue to roll in, nothing that i allready posted there that someone should
remove these scams.
