I'm Hosting, 1 Jupiter (upgraded from saturn), ordered and paid July 16th. Still in PAID status, still waiting on hosting...

Yeah, but I don't get it, Day 1 and Day 2 have been hosting since Oct. 10th or so. Every other hosting is delayed, while all other orders are being shipped. Have they run out of DC space or something? Something doesn't add up. And they haven't addressed the issues, keeping us in the dark. They had to please the Day 1/Day 2 customers, and started shipping the rest, but wtf about the rest of the hosting customers. I'd still rather do hosting because I'm illiterate when it comes to hardware, power supplies, so I'll just suck it up.
TRUE, WTF - I am also in the same boat and KnC has SH***Y responses. "DC will be online soon, please be patient" Again, WTF.
I can understand there will always be some issues to hash out & work around but KnC sucks at providing info...
Any other Hosting folks get any better updates on what the heck is going on
I'm order 43xx paid in July 26th with hosting and still stuck in "Paid"
