It would be tough to do the due diligence on 1400 coins and then rank them all comparatively to one another. I think you're looking for an investment shortcut, in reference to your 'top 10 ROI' statement, which doesn't exist yet.
I'm not talking about ranking "due diligence" or potential or white paper or anything like that...I'm talking about ranking 1,400 alt coins simply on percentage of gains (ROI) for the last week or month or year to date, and so on.
Ranking the project is an opinion...ranking past price action is a fact.
I have not found one. But I think there's one ICO last year that their platform will provide all data in cryptocurrency market. Unfortunately their ICO did not end well because their CEO is very secretive in spending their fund. Thus the Investors demand their money back and I don't know what happend next.
Let's wait until there's another ICO that offer the same platform.
