Possibly, but having invested since January 2017 and then seeing how many are actually close to having real products, how many are still stumbling along and how many have disappeared, my advice would be to either do some very serious research before investing in the current crop (There will be winners but harder to pick).
You could wait until next year, by which time several law actions would have come to fruition against bad ICO's, regulatory authorities will have more concrete policies and penalties waiting for unscrupulous ICO's and media outlets will have also become more discerning as to what they are peddling with respect to ICO's.
Otherwise, you could stick with ICO's/Coins/tokens that are most of the way or almost to the market with their product since they have moved on from ICO and have proven they are still able and committed to achieving their original ICO goals.
