Not sure what you mean with anger stage, but maybe it is your response when you lose a lot of your investments.  
There really is no telling how the market behaves, but generally it is very erratic and oscillating, what's really bad is when it is a constant downward trend.
But don't worry, as soon as it stops digging, who knows it may start climbing
