Yes, what is different is the KYC proccess. It's a legal requirement for investments, as it involves long term contracts. For donations this is not required.

IMO some kind of summary of investment campaign would be very good. With all most relevant info for investors - Campaign goal, expected return, what they're gonna spend these funds on... I know everything is written in description but still someone might wanna just check some basic numbers of campaign. Just an idea for future.
