sounds like they dont want you to remove funds from there system !!!!!
If they are claiming other pools blocks then they won't have the funds to pay out.
Seriously .... still no pool ! 
If the pool is https://pool.cloudhashing.com/ then it claims to have solved block 265326 which blockchain.info says was solved by 50BTC.

Of course they might not be scamming they could just be incompetent .
