Dero has already successfully fended off 3 attacks, and is challenging XVG attackers to move their operations to Dero blockchain instead

We're no longer a fork at all and never were a Masari fork
We've written an entirely new blockchain technology based on the CryptoNote protocol and written in golang. We maintained backwards compatibility with the Helium Hydra version for a while but dropped it recently due to various vulnerabilities.
We believe we have the world's most resilient blockchain to date.
