I agree that Americans and Europeans are always interested in ICOs but one can not compare these ICOs with the banking system. The system is still very immature.
It's not comparable in my opinion. The bank system has been dedicated to the users which were making them all able to svae their amount safely and got a little interest every month. But ico can give you more than 10x if you are investing in the right project. That's why a lot of people are interested to join in the ico rather than put all of their money into the bank account.
