I have sent my documents almost two weeks ago after some back and forth on accredited investor issue. Up till now, my account has remained unverified. At this point, I have sent email to the support that if they can’t verify my account, they should refund me. That hasn’t happened and no email yet for a week now after I sent the last one. As I stated in my email, after the close of work tomorrow, I’ll have no choice but to activate charge back as to get my money back.
