yavwa --> https://alltrade.center and graviex seem to have very little to no listing fees, but come on 0.1 BTC is nothing, how do you not have that amount of money to pay the listing fee. If you are not willing to invest that little of an amount into a project that YOU created, then why would anyone else want to? I'm sorry to say my friend, but this project is pretty much dead... Please Prove me Wrong, I want to see you and shilling succeed, but right now you do not seem to be very enthusiastic about your project.
