Hello.

My Payza account been hacked and around 2000 EUR been stolen! Sad

Here are wallets where money been transfered to (Altcoin):

01.02.18 Altcoin amount: 0.20474213 BCH: qzj2q6x0nntp2dw768a3z7frsrjgxc0jlyfs0z37np
01.02.18 Altcoin amount: 0.40257233728 ETH: 0x006a04d52Ed6F0380e334132d4f97A97Dc7dB966
02.02.18 Altcoin amount: 0.9404104736 ETH: 0x006a04d52Ed6F0380e334132d4f97A97Dc7dB966
05.02.18 Altcoin amount: 0.54335207 BCH: qpns2v3urqzh4hyp9jm9te8grxektxh2aqv67zdyf9

Unfortunately NO hash provided by Payza.
Unfortunately it was made in early February but I noticed much later and after I asked to get help by Payza support they waste my time over 1 month and finaly wash their hands saying that "we can't recover your funds"...

What can I do to recover money? Or it's useless?

Help needed!

Payza is a shady company with a connection with Egopay. But I did use it for a while storing around $100~ on their site and never had I had any issues with security. I would strongly advise checking out if you've got any security flaws even if you suspect that it has been done by payza on the inside.

The stolen ethereum transactions can be viewed on etherscan. The last two inputs to this address(https://etherscan.io/address/0x006a04d52ed6f0380e334132d4f97a97dc7db966) are the stolen funds.

If that's the address and amount that showed up in your withdrawal history, then it does match up with actual TXIDs.

And no, I don't think you can recover your funds. Sites can't compensate for stolen funds since otherwise people will just keep withdrawing funds and claim that their accounts have been hacked and demanding refunds. Next time whenever you use an online wallet or exchange, enable 2fa.
