The Total Market cap is on all time low, the media is in panic, most traders are fearful and predicting doom and gloom.
Usually it's means "dip is near".

There might have been better predictions but I'm fond of this. The total market cap is testing 300b$ again and might flow up if it succeed. I'm thinking market would go sideway then though, testing ATH next year's December, or this December if it's extremely bullish. Either I'm seeing very good future in cryptocurrency now and yeah, might as well buy the dip with TA.
